Q: What are special requirements?: A: If you need any alterations to be done to the product you can describe it in the special requirements field e.g. the dress has no straps, but you would like to have straps, then we can arrange that, we can provide alterations for all dresses to a certain extent.

Q: Which Shipping options are available?: A: We offer standard and expedited shipping worldwide. Q: How long is the delivery time?: A: When your parcel leaves our quality assurance warehouse, it takes around 3 - 8 days to reach you, depending on the item you order, its origin and destination.
Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order was placed?: A: Yes, please contact our customer service, but note that we can't change the delivery address once the shipping was already processed.

Q: How to know my size?: A: Each products description page features a detailed size chart, you can measure yourself and choose the dresses size according to the result. Don't get confused if you end up having a different size as your standard casual wear size, dresses have different sizing.
Q: How to measure myself?: A: We use three different factors, Bust, Waist, and Hips.
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
- Waist: Measure around natural waistline.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part.
Make sure you wear tight clothes while measuring yourself. Please check if the dress has a built-in bra, if so, measure yourself without a bra.
Q: My body measurements don't fit a specific size!: A: You can choose custom measurements and enter your body measurements into the order details without choosing a pre-defined size. Extra fees might apply.
Q: Are the sizes e.g. UK 10, standard UK sizes?: A: There are no standard sizes for dresses in the UK or the EU, therefore pretty much every manufacturer is using their own chart. Please check our size chart for details.

Fits as expected per the size chart and the cut allows a regular bra to be worn. The slit is not too high and the ruffle classes it up even more. I returned a different dress because the slit was uncomfortably high. This one is appropriately modest.

Perfect for the cruise! Just a little stretch to make it super comfy. Can wear my normal bra. Gorgeous royal blue color. Easy wash - delicate cycle and hung dry. I’m 5’3 and it just skimmed the floor in the back with my 3.5in heels. A steal for the price.

This dress is beautiful, it fits nicely and is a nice, weighted material. I wasn\'t concerned about it riding up or shifting around because of the thickness. I am 5\"2 with 3\" heels and the dress length was perfection. I feared it would be too long. If you are short and thin, this might touch the floor for you. It twirls beautifully and I can\'t wait to wear it out. The size chart was just right, though if you are in between and have an hourglass shape, go down a size so there is a tighter waist. My only gripe was that mist underwear will show through if it is tight on the butt, but that is not the dress\' fault. Also beware if shape wear with any thigh pieces, as the slit comes to mid thigh if you\'re short, and probably higher if taller.
